Did you know that the recommendation now is that we walk 10,000 steps per day! Wow, that is staggering, or rather, I would be staggering if I had to walk that far.
The new ifit and other sports bands that log your activity has been driving this type of recommendation, so that we can monitor how much we move and become aware of the health benefits of doing that.
I was prompted to write this blog because I came across the video below and it got me thinking about how much I move, and more importantly, how much more I should move.
